Below are the company and product updates for August 2011,

as provided by Compulife.

1.  Pruco Life Insurance – state approval

August 3rd  – Pruco’s new rates for its no lapse UL

products are now approved in MN and PA.

2.  Ohio National Life Insurance – policy fee change

August Monthly Update – Ohio National Life has reduced

its policy fee for term products, by for face amounts

of 0,000 to 9,9999, and by for face amounts

of 0,000 to 9,9999.

3.  Pruco Life Insurance – state approval

July 26th  – Pruco’s new rates for its no lapse UL

products are now approved in AK and NJ.

4.  Companion Life – new product

July 26th  – Companion Life has introduced a new

no lapse UL product in NY.  We are able to quote

the product for the categories:

to age 90

to age 95

to age 100

to age 121

to age 121 – pay to 65

5.  United of Omaha Life – state approvals

July 26th  – United of Omaha’s new no lapse UL product

is approved in CA and OR.

6.  Principal Life – state approvals

July 26th  – Principal’s new no lapse UL premiums

are now approved in CT, FL, MA and PA.

7.  Aviva Life Insurance – limited pay added

July 20th  – Compulife received the limited pay

premiums for Aviva’s new Advantage Builder IV and

Guarantee UL Solution III, so we can now quote

8.  Pruco Life Insurance – state correction

July 18th  – We inadvertently turned on Pruco’s

new rates for its no lapse UL products for states

where they are not approved.  Those states are:

AK, CA, MD, MN, NJ and PA.

Those are now turned off.  If you got quotes at

No Lapse UL, please get new quotes, as they may

9.  Aviva Life Insurance – state approvals

July 18th  – Aviva’s new Advantage Builder IV

is appoved in CA and ID.  Guarantee UL Solution III

is now approved in MA.

10.  Pruco Life Insurance – new rates

July 18th  – Pruco Life has introduced new rates

for its Term Elite and Term Essential products.

Pruco has also introduced new rates for its no

lapse UL products.  The new rates are approved in

all states except:  AK, CA, MD, MN, NJ and PA.

11.  Pruco Life of New Jersey – new rates

July 18th  – Pruco Life has introduced new rates

for its Term Elite and Term Essential products

in the state of NY.

12.  Allianz Life Insurance – state changes

July 18th  – Allianz Life has discontinued the sale

of term policies in all states except AR and SD.

The company will terminate sale of term in those

states sometime in the next 30 to 60 days.

13.  Transamerica Financial Life (NY) – new rates

July 15th  – Transamerica has just informed us that

they will allow the say of the old rates until

August 12, 2011.

We have placed the old rates back into the software,

with the note on the product name:  “(til 08/12)”

As long as the application is signed and dated

August 12th or earlier, and received in the H/O

by August 15th, you can obtain the old rates.

Compulife will pull the old rates the second week

of August.

14.  Transamerica Financial Life (NY) – new rates

July 14th  – On July 15th Transamerica Financial is

raising the premiums for their 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30

year Trendsetter Super Series.

We apologize for the lateness of the update, but we

just received the rates and notice this afternoon.

The rates have been entered.

The company is now offering standard health policies

down to ,000 and is allowing policies under 0,000

to be sold non-medically.  See the company for more
